Dirigo Motorsports Engineering will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential punitive or special damages including but not limited to damage, loss of property or equipment, loss of data, loss of profits or revenue, injury, loss of life or claims from any individual arising from use of Dirigo Motorsports Engineering products.
Racing is a dangerous activity with inherent risks. By purchasing product form Dirigo Motorsports Engineering, you acknowledge the risk associated participating in racing activities. Dirigo Motorsports Engineering makes no claims or representations that its products can reduce or eliminate any such risk. Dirigo Motorsports Engineering products are only for use on off-road use only. Products are not for street, highway, or aircraft use and are intended only for race vehicles operating on a closed course. Dirigo Motorsports Engineering Products could be combined with products or parts that are not suitable/compatible and could adversely effect performance of other parts or the vehicle. The user is responsible for determining the ultimate suitability and safety of the products for its intended use and assumes all risk and responsibility.
Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your right to use our website and terminate these Terms of Service immediately upon written notice to you for any breach of these Terms of Service.
Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not indicate acceptance of an order. Dirigo Motorsports Engineering reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
