Shipping & Returns
If you would like to start a return, please contact Dirigo Motorsports Engineering (DME) directly via email to explain the issue with your item and your reason for requesting a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Authorized returns are processed ONLY after the item is received by DME and inspected carefully. DME reserves the right to deny a return request.

Returned parts must be in unused/original condition and received by DME no later than 30 days after sale to be eligible for a refund. No returns are allowed on custom built products or custom orders.
A 20% restocking fee of the full item purchase price will be charged to all returns not due to our error. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. There is no refund for any shipping charge on returned items.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept the return of DME products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. We are NOT responsible for incorrect vehicle fitment. It is the buyers responsibility to confirm fitment before purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Defective or incorrect parts will be exchanged upon receipt of the returned part at our expense. Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt to detect any possible issues.
